Being the top two, Nepal and Uganda reach there from Division 3 whereas bottom four from World cup qualifier (Kenya, Namibia, Netherlands and Canada) will see other in the Div 2 World cricket league. From the ICC DIV 2 match, bottom two teams will be relegated to DIV 3 and the top four will get to play the 2018 world cup qualifier.
